Precipio, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2019 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because management requires additional time to compile and verify the data required to be included in the report.

The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission as soon as practicable, but no later than May 20, 2019.
